Mini Haul: Orly Nail Polish

I just have to grab these two bottles of Orly Nail Lacquer when I was in the Maven magazine event at Trinoma last Saturday. They’re exclusively discounted for the said event at 25% off so I bought two right away!!! These are my first Orly bottles ‘cause I normally have my Orly fix at nail salons (case in point my pedi date with my mom last night). But thinking about it now it’s actually more expensive if I go to nail salons than just owning them (yes, this is me justifying my splurge.. sheessh). ;)

I got the Poison Apple and Coffee Break.

Both photos taken with natural lighting and with Sally Hansen topcoat. I love the Poison Apple because with just one coat it gives that VERY RED shade that I want. It’s surprisingly very pigmented! The Coffee Break, on the other hand, is aptly named since it makes me crave for a cup of coffee every time I look at my nails. As with all Orly nail polishes, these two are fast drying, long lasting and high gloss.
Since we are on the topic of nail polish and ORLY… I have good news for you! ZALORA is carrying this international brand ORLY in their online store (look at the selection of colors here). So now you can shop conveniently from the comfort of your own home! If you haven’t heard of Zalora yet, it’s a shopping site that offers a wide array of items for women, men and kids from local and international brands. If you’re worried that you don’t have a credit card or no time to go to the bank to deposit your payment, then you can avail of the cash on delivery payment scheme. What I like best is the same day delivery and free shipping nationwide with no minimum amount required! Not kidding! Read my Zalora experience here and see why I’m such a happy customer! :)
My good news doesn’t end there! You can use this discount voucher code DressButtercup12N upon checkout to get 5% off for a minimum order of Php 500. Shop for clothes, shoes, accessories, etc for yourself, your siblings, your friends, your loved ones.
Can I just say I placed yet another order from Zalora? HAHAHA Happy Hazel, sad wallet. Will keep everyone updated! :)
Spa MOMents
I recently treated my mom to an afternoon sesh at a nail spa. Yes, Mother’s Day may have long been over, but spoiling my mom is a never ending thing for me. So when we happened to be in the new Greenhills Town Center (not to be mistaken with Greenhills Shopping Center) along Granada Street in Quezon City, I discovered this nail spa called Glamorous. Let me give you a rundown of this fairly new nail salon which opened just this January 2012.
